Telegram can't be opened after restart when Passcode and/or Touch ID is enabled #110

I think is mostly related to Passcode and Touch ID. This has never happened to me before enabling this feature. I basically restarted the device and now Telegram doesn't open at all. It stays for long in the loading screen and after that it closes.

My only option was to delete the app and install it again.

I tried to enable and restart again and it didn't reproduce. I'll be keeping an eye to see if it happens again. I'll close meanwhile.
