Accessibility Bold Text issue #120

While I enable "Accessibility / Bold Text", all my text will be sent with bold style. (When I write the message with regular style, but it will send bold text to the other side) But I thought even I set "Accessibility / Bold Text", and the message style need to be regular.

I think this is what my mother is experiencing. All her messages are sent in bold, and she uses increased text size (under Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Text Size).
