Telegram version: 4.0 (official App Store version) -- issue started with this release
Frequency: Happens occasionally
Steps to reproduce:
1) compose a message in a chat and send it
2) navigate to the chat list (this may be optional)
3) switch out of the Telegram app
4) switch back in
After this, the message will be "stuck". Switching back into the app will cause it to reappear, even after erasing it and sending other messages. This occurs until the app is force quit and started again.
