Unstable ogg library version (libopus 1.2-alpha) #148

Hello. Telegram client for IOS uses unstable ogg library version (libopus 1.2-alpha) for voice messages. I can not use speech recognition kit for my bot without transcoding audio. This is a real bummer :(

Please change library to stable version.
