It's usefull feature if we can see what version of telegram our audience is using and if any new feature isn't supported by his client we can see it and don't try to use it in our communications with him/her.
In addition, it will good feature for security, For example if his/her telegram is outdated or he/she is using from a unofficial client of telegram, we can see it.
At least, for security, you can design a notification,/sign or like it that show our audience using unofficial client of telegram and name of it(Like Plus Messenger). Maybe i don't want to communicate with users with unofficial and third party clients of telegram.
We need this feature in all editions of telegram(From mobile to Desktop).
