Telegram X - Poor text contrast. #213

In Telegram X, message balloons are grey instead of white, and bright blue instead of dark blue.

This creates a lower contrast ratio between the balloon backgrounds and the text within them, decreasing readability.

Telegram X should use white and dark blue for message balloons, just like regular Telegram.
