Double push notifications #214

I receive two push notifications for every message in secret chat, first with default telegram sound and second with default ios message sound (tri-tone). please fix it

I can confirm that there is something wrong. I'm using Mighty text plugin for Chrome (this display phone notifications on my desktop) and every Telegram X notification is being displayed twice. (No problem with Telegram nor other apps.)
