Contact search produces no results for usernames #220

Telegram for iOS doesn't seem to show any search results when searching by username. It's not clear that it's even possible to initiate a chat with a @username without following a link (unless that username is already a contact).

Seems like a critical issue!

This appears to have resolved itself on the server side, but was never a problem for the android client.
