Telegram X - Old unread messages not marked as read #222

After reading a message on Telegram Desktop, the messages are still unread and the badge count is not updated on Telegram X on iOS. I must open the app for it to update.

Messages stay unread even if I open the app. Device: Iphone X IOS 12.1
