GIF's pasted into chat from GIF Keyboard by Tenor do not play.

Gifs from @GIF work.

Let me know about other information requested.

+1 on this. It looks like animated GIFs are converted to some non-animated format and there is no option to avoid that. This works in the normal Telegram App for iOS.
