Mob.number is displayed instead of name in private conversation

User has name which is displayed correctly in the group, but when I start conversation with him, phone number is displayed instead of his name. Possibly, problem occurs because I had his contact in my mobile phone book but I've deleted it from it.

This is intended. Add the user to your contacts and it will display their name instead.

I want to keep my phone contact list clean from the games. That's why I had them first and then removed them from the list (I have many such contacts). Furthermore, we also use Whatsapp and I need tobadd people to phone book for adding them to Whatsapp chat, then I can remove them from the list.

Do you want to say that after I add a contact to my local phone list, it is a one-way and I never see their names if they decide to change it? Yes, I see them in common chat, but in the chat list they are displayed also as numbers! (You can find at the screenshot).

This is obvious usability bug, and you know that. I beg you to fix it because I had many such contacts, and I cannot hold all of them in my phone book. It is really inconvenient to have numbers instead of names in the list. Thank you.

I'm not the developer of Telegram, you can contact them by going to your Telegram app, then Settings, then Ask a Question. Someone will be with you ASAP.

Also, you referred to games being added to your contacts list...? Bots do not have phone numbers, and will not be added to your contacts list.

I add them manually because I need those people in Whatsapp chat (we use several chats in the game). They aren't bots.
