Webpack 2 doesn't actually have the package.json updated for that branch #18

Hey, so I noticed that in the webpackv2 branch, we don't actually have the package.json updated. It is still webpack 1.13 I believe? I believe we have to update it manually.

good spot - I must have messed up a rebase at some point. fixed now, cheers
