Some services show the wrong destination: 201803206711513

Seems some passing points are put in the wrong order in the output of https://ldb.a.a51.li/service/201803206711513

I've just written a unit test to check sorting the actual locations here and the thing sorts them correctly. This makes me think I'm not sorting them in the same way either in darwind3 or in ldb
