New Operator in the RTPPM feed appears blank until the next tomcat restart #13

When a new operator begins and appears in the RTPPM feed, the operator display name appears blank. This is down to the fact that usually the display name is different from the company name.

This has happened a lot recently with the new franchises, for example Virgin taking over East Coast, Thameslink & Great Northern merging but even new operators (to the feed) like GB Railfreight also suffer from this.

So we should ensure that if that field is blank then we display the company name so at least we get a name displayed.

This should now be fixed as the source already did this, just not released until now.
