Departure boards not showing last report #26

As it's on the NRE boards, need to add it:

It's already on the train detail page

Didn't have time to test it but in theory with the new JCache based code this is now possible as we now have each Train object cached when shown on the boards.

As part of moving most queries over to postgresql rather than java this is now shown. image
