Update references, move to SPDX license #64

I'm using this in a project that uses more modern packages, so I'd like to not have competing older dependencies in node-hue-api.

Also, npm is now complaining about non-SPDX licenses.

I am currently sorting out a number of changes that have occurred in updating my bridge to the new version that supports Siri, so I cannot validate the changes to the versions of these libraries.

I will look to merge this change once I have APIs updated and the tests running clean again, which is likely to be some time over Christmas.
