Enhance the user interface so that most operations are easy to use on a touch interface.

Suggestions:

mark item as resolved by moving out of the screen towards the right
change priorities by moving items vertically
change category by moving items to the left where a list of categories appears and drop on the category

Tests showed that dragging items in android is not as responsive as expected. Thus dragging will only be used to reorder items.

Reordering and marking as resolved is done, categories are still left to do.

Basic category support in place, moving between categories created as new issue #22.
