Multiple storage backends #2

Allow users to use multiple storage backends, this includes options to configure these backends, synchronization between the backends and storage of these configurations.

Notes: Synchronization only copies items that do not exist on the other side, merging of conflicts is always done locally by the manager.

Problems to solve: How can the settings be stored so that a user can access them from different browsers? This is not a problem in the cordova setting.
