Regression for support of latest software on board 10.0.1
Essentially it boils down to sense of the GPS_EN line and RX_EN line
the old 10.0.0 cpp file seems to be behind and I don't have 10.0.0 hardware, so I created new files for 10.0.1 based on the 11.8 revision and worked backwards.
