We are trying to use CMScaller to classify liver mets according LMS subtypes from "De novo transcriptomic subtyping of colorectal cancer liver metastases in the context of tumor heterogeneity" paper. In CMScaller I found CMS subtype template, but not LMS template. Could you please tell if LMS template is also available and where we can get it.
