No data found for version when installing from a commit #122

Hi,

I am trying to install a package from a specific commit/tag, as it doesn't exist on pypi (just yet).

git+git://github.com/pycontribs/jira.git@7fa3a454c08a14e2d7d7670fcfa87482e16936ba

However, I am getting the following when I run hashin:

No data found for version 3.0
