problems getting started with this component - debug script failing #203

Hi I'm a NOOB here, very limited experience so apologies if I'm just being plain stupid.

I've installed the component and it all seems to run without and errors, however I don't actually see any of my devices. do I need to manually configure them or should they just work ?

I tried to run the bedbug script and that failed: "No module named 'request'"

What have I done wrong ?

meant to add I ran the script from using Hassocks.io terminal hence the thought that the two issues may be related.

Sorry my fault I was not using ' around for username & password. All working great now. Fantastic component will change my life.
