This pull request is about fixes in the CodeGenerator module. The fixes include:
Updated code generator functionality to comply with new SE3 definition.
Adjusted code to some changes introduced by recent Matlab versions.
Added a local test robot definition in the setup routine of the unit test.
Fixed a bug in Gauss-Jordan implementation that would lead to segmentation faults.
Case correction in the names of Simulink blocks. The non-matching case used to cause warnings during block generation.
Since I had not touched the code in a while, I wanted to apply any changes in the main development branch first. I got confused again and merged with the master branch in
c1708c5. Then reverted the branch 8cb10f2 .
After 0ebed2a unit-tests should go through smoothly now.
