issue title 改具體一點不然會出現很多 close 不掉的 issue XD

我覺得推不要加，撲可以加。

目前在預設情況下並不會把圖片連結顯示為圖片，加上去只��
�徒增困擾而已。
不過 Plurk 蠻 ok~
