Indicate license and feedback in footer

Indicate in the footer:

• [ ] License (the same one does not apply to all posts though)
• [ ] The fact that you can correct typos by sending a pull request

This could also be done in the post itself (linking to the correct file), but it is more cumbersome to maintain.
