There should be a way to nest BeauPy UI elements into more complex structures built from Rich components.

This could enable BeauPy to render into desired "place" thus accomodating for more complex TUIs.

Options to explore:

[ ] Providing live-display as a parameter
- Simple but feels anti-patterny
- Can be handled within a minor version
[ ] Separating instatiation and "running" of the BeauPy UI element
- Similar as in the case of spinners
- Would require major version bump
