Always center windows #27

I have an ultrawide monitor and I like having windows centered. I would like to have an option to always keep the focused window centered, even if it is on the end of the carousel.

Apologies, I hadn't realized that the latest release contained this feature and I needed to reinstall it since it's a different tarball from the KDE store.
