relative linked images not showing #7

working with a svg file that links images relatively like: xlink:href="relative.png" or xlink:href="./relative.png" don't show the image.

This would be amazing if you could get this to work. I currently base64 my images just so I can see them in this view! Actually all linked files including JS and CSS would be great!
