Mouseover on headings should also be operable by keyboard #26

Did I miss one? Point me at a specific example please?

I just added it - a point from access review.

Basically the functionality made with mouseover on headings to get a link to that section should also be available through keyboard-only operation.

I'm not entirely sure how this is done by a user, or indeed, what's needed technically. I can look it up if you don't know how this would be done?

I can make it so that the number signs can be focused with tab keys.

What’s the desired behavior for screen readers? Announce them (as “copy link to Sailing away”?), or don’t?

Not entirely clear what desired for screenreaders is - as announcing it for each header is probably tedious. Are you able to look around to see how it's been done, or shall I?

If you can research the solution, I can implement it at no charge. If I need to determine a solution, I'll need to bill you extra for it.

Ok I think I know what we need:

For keyboard navigation:

the # should be visible by tabbing through the page
pressing enter should select it

For screenreader users:

the # should not be read out on a regular reading of the page
on tabbing thru it should be read out, but not as # but as "copy link to section"
on selecting it the screenreader user should be informed that "link to section copied to clipboard"

Does that make sense?
