If I search for Zimbabwe and Health, then in the library links, it should definitely put the result(s) that are in both at the top. (And I'm not sure it should be showing others at all)

I searched for "Sidewalks and public spaces occupied by some businesses are making transit difficult" and it gets a tonne of results but really a longer text should get something very specific or not much at all?

Eg "quoting a phrase" should only return that

When I have the search box empty, and apply filters from a topic/country, I don't expect anything to come up in the newsletter section

Perhaps better to have only some countries shown and the rest hidden under "see more"
