Error: security token false #1

When one tries to edit the Data, the Popup opens up and returns a blank Page with just "security token false". Tried it on "Hogfather"

Same Problem on the Newest Version of Wiki (2023-04-04a "Jack Jackrum") , with internal PHP Development Server, can you help?
