Home/End buttons #3

Home and end buttons don't seem to do anything. These would be really useful for expediting cursor movement.

Home and End are bound to the scrollbar in some of my terminals, so my muscle memory uses Ctrl-A and Ctrl-E instead.

It's a good idea, but it will probably be a while before I get around to this. Feel free to submit a pull request if you need it sooner.
