Animation goodies #104

This pull request makes speed improvements to the dashboard animations, and adds a better app switching effect. It also reorders the preferences since the toggles are the most important thing in that view.

It's chocked full of lightsabers and superheros.

Sorry I'm so late to merge in your changes - I just returned from Spring Break recently. In the future (if you decide to contribute more - I very much appreciate your contributions!) I will respond in a much more timely fashion.
