Dash on Switcher does not dim background #141

Besides the home screen, any apps that open the switcher within will not dim the background making it very, if not impossible, to see the button "Clear Pending" and the pending items.

This issue is a duplicate and has already been fixed. It will be deployed soon. Thanks for the bug report!
