[0.4.1-1, iOS 4.3.3] Lock screen settings ignored, double sound alerts and non-retina graphics #173

-In the newest update the lock screen settings are ignored (I'm using lockinfo instead), despite the fact that I tried a clean install

-The double sound alerts are not fixed for me; the tri-tone alert will be heard on top of the original alert sound and the same happens with vibration

-Some graphics are not for the retina display

AlertDashboard backgound does load and the alert dismissal is much more intelligent

I experience the first and second issues. Second issue is more that it does not play the set sound for txt messages when at lock screen.

CORRECTION Double sound alerts are only happening with SMS. Other push notifications are working fine
