Missed notifications working, but notifications not showing up properly #321

When I get a notification it shows up like the default iOS style (no, antique style isn't activated), but when I miss a notification it shows up properly on multitasking and lockscreen. I have uninstalled all my tweaks and the problem is still persisting so it's most likely not a conflict. I am running iOS 4.3.1 on an iPhone 3GS.

UPDATE

Everything works except when the notification comes from the app in use. When I have an notification comming from an other app than the one I am using it shows up properly. All others functions works.
