Infinite update notification for "Thermal tooltips" with "Mod manager" #71

Expected Behavior

No more infinite notification when entering mod menu after each restart

Current Behavior

First i use "Mod manager" and not "Mod updater" Each time i go to the mod menu after a restart, i receive a notification that "Thermal Tooltips" need to be updated. But mod is updated. But i think that it is not recognized maybe due to date format.

Mod Versions

I use Mod manager instead of Mod updater

Steps to Reproduce

1.Start ONI 2.Go to to mod menu 3.Mod manager indicate that thermal tooltip need to be updated again and again and ever after update. 4.

It looks like you are trying to use an old external ModLoader. This is not the standard mod loading method, and may be causing your issue.

In addition, the version of Thermal Tooltips in your log is the latest version on Steam. Please file any issues about mod manager reporting it out of date with Mod Manager's owner.
