Number of reaction jobs is incorrect #209

I have recently trained Reactions skill. And, I saw the 'Reaction Jobs Remaining' on EVEmon go up with it.
However, Reaction skill does not increase the number of reaction jobs available. Reactions skill reduces reaction time.
Reaction jobs are provided by "mass Reactions' and 'Advanced Mass Reactions'.
Evemon is using the wrong skill to determine the number of orf reaction jobs available.
