Defaults for FunctionInlining lead to large code size #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a statechart with hierarchies, parent transitions, choices, and exit 
point
2. Use default inline configuration

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Code will become very large. This is due to the activation of 
inlineEnterSequences and inlineExitSequences

Switch it off by default
