There is currently no Python version available. Therefore I suggest to try to run the code in Octave. EEGLAB runs in Octave, and is much more complicated than RRest (256 channel EEG in contrast). Octave is open source an can run Matlab code. If someone can confirm that RRest runs in Octave would be greatly appreciated.
