Edit HomePage group causes Home page to redirect to error.jsf #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to Admin Console
2. Click on Manage Groups
3. Select 1 or less than 4 cars in any Home Page Group
4) Save

What is the expected output? 
Should not allow the save and present with an Error Notification asking to 
select atleast a min of 4 cars per group

What do you see instead?
Saves the Home Group and then causes issues on the Home Page.

Issue has been fixed, tested & deployed to prod.
