packing ckeditor source breaks component #2

Currently, the component uses the ckeditor source javascript and css resources. 
 It is possible to pack these resources with ckpackager.jar, but when I do 
this, resource loading breaks (the whole reason the source was changed in the 
first place).

There is no functional difference between using the source and the packed 
version, but the packed version requires less resource loading both in the size 
and number of scripts loaded.
