Confirmed not triggered by this PR, see 8a84fda7b3cb80e9c9b88aabf838e58b49cdbada on the default branch.

So, something changed in the CI system in the last ~1 month...

Minus sign vs underscore change in tar-ball name (now matches the wheel file).
