downloads images does not commit #9

I think this can be merged at this point. Images are not committed. Deal with MediaWiki attachments, e.g. images #1

Merged and then tweaked with https://github.com/peterjc/mediawiki_to_git_md/commit/adebef776db1999c8e675a3689cade2ba49c5421

This appears to have worked for the Biopython wiki's images :)
