Enhancements to the plot_reduction.py script #568

This initially adds sample pooling to the plot (can be used without metadata on "Threshold Pool" or the "Control" column.

TODO?: It might make sense to offer normal line plots now in addition to the current stacked line plot.

TODO?: Changes the goal of the original plot design, but might want to swap out the 'Accepted Unique' final data point for classified read (i.e. accepted reads minus the unknowns)

TODO?: Add secondary y-axis with percentages (or the other way round - percentages of raw as the primary y-axies, and raw counts as the secondary?)
