Heuristics for missing genus in SINTAX species entry #609

Trying a SINTAX import via https://github.com/peterjc/thapbi-pict/blob/master/scripts/gg_to_sintax.py realised the species field was without the genus information.

This will insert it most of the time, deferring to assuming the genus is included if ambiguous and issuing a warning.

Also belatedly testing the SINTAX import.
