throws error saying "No updates are to be performed." when there are No updates are to be performed and stops the other stacks from being updated #8

i know this is an amazon problem. but i think there should be a way of ignoring errors and letting the rest of the stacks be built. ie an explicit switch to ignore errors of previous stacks.
