Automatically handle the sdb batch_put_attributes 25 item limit #586

It'd be nice to have boto handle the 25 item limit for simple db batch puts.

Or flag the error in boto before making the call to amazon as I'm currently 
seeing Amazon return a nonsensical error message for a 5000 item put. 

I'm using 2.8.0.
