osm vector map text size #167

The text size of the vector maps is too small.
Check how this could be solved.
From the mailinglist:

> creating a new render? using base-textsize attribute? 
> that is not necesary
> map.setTextScale(1.5f); solved the problem!

Through this a scale factor could be taken into the preferences.
