Tracking not polling GPS #181

In last version, I start GPS, open Geopaparazzi, start tracking, but the app 
doesn't log data (except one point once a while when I open GPS Status). 
Additionally, the GPS icon in the status bar appears when GPS Status is opened 
but with geopap no.

A cycling app instead tracks position correctly.
